Project Overview
The Preserve at Prescott is a custom residential home built into a sloped, rocky lot surrounded by natural granite outcroppings characteristic of the Prescott landscape. Nanke Construction performed the complete foundation package, beginning with grading and excavation through the site's challenging terrain, followed by footing installation, masonry foundation walls, and concrete slab placement. The project required careful coordination with the natural topography, preserving the site's distinctive rock formations while preparing a precise foundation for the custom home.
