Project Overview
A custom home foundation project in the Talking Rock Ranch subdivision of Prescott, Arizona. Nanke Construction performed the complete foundation package on a rocky, high-desert lot surrounded by Ponderosa pine and juniper. Work began with grading and excavation through the site's challenging rocky terrain, followed by concrete footing placement, CMU masonry foundation walls and support piers, and concrete slab preparation. The project demonstrates Nanke's ability to execute precise foundation work in demanding terrain conditions typical of the Prescott area.
