Project Overview

A hillside custom home project in the Iowa Claim area of Prescott, Arizona. Nanke Construction is serving as the integrated construction partner, managing multiple scopes under one team on a challenging sloped site overlooking the surrounding high-desert terrain. The project began with grading and excavation of the hillside lot, followed by the foundation package, and is currently in the framing phase as of July 2026. Nanke is also providing structural steel installation and material procurement for the project.
